Everything began with SAMIR, a fisherman plying the waters of the Caspian Sea with his modest boat. In his mid-thirties, he encountered a remarkable catch—a robust fish teeming with Beluga caviar. Although SAMIR had tasted caviar once and was no stranger to its allure, he had never before captured a sturgeon. This moment marked a pivotal chapter in his life. He took the prized sturgeon home and with his family, he savored the extraordinary flavor that brought them great joy and fulfillment. Six years on, SAMIR had made a name for himself as a renowned sturgeon fisherman in his community.
As time went on, the fishing of sturgeon became regulated to ensure the species’ preservation. Now, as the third generation of SAMIR’S lineage, we dedicate ourselves to sustainable and selective harvesting.
